Sai's Corner

      When I first started this piece I wanted it to be abstract and paint it with different colors. But then my dad came and he said it kind of looks like the inside of a rose. So I looked at it and it looked like a rose. So I mixed up and created different shades of red and pink creating an ombre type look. In the end I really liked how it turned out to be.

      In Fourth Grade we were required to draw the Taj Mahal with watercolor. It was part of our grade. The week my class started sketching its structure I was home sick with Covid. So I was very far behind. So during class I made sure I was all caught. In the end I was the very first ones to be done with the piece. After two months my family was invited to go to the art show. As I was searching for my piece I had found out that it had won 2nd place. I was so happy. As for my prizes they gave me some art supplies.

  I drew Buddy the Elf. I drew him right after I finished watching the movie. I really enjoyed all the comedic parts in the movie which entertained me and my family. I loved how Buddy always tried to fit in. One of my favorite parts in this movie is when he enters the coffee place and shouts, " Worlds Best Coffee! Great Job!" 

      I painted the The Delicate Arch with acrylic paints. As you can see, in the picture the time is almost dusk and the sun is setting which is creating a shadow. I really enjoyed painting this piece. It is very disconsolate that the arch is very close to destruction. All in all I really liked how this piece turned out to be in the end. 

Bookmark Competition Piece By: Sai H Chandan      My inspiration for this drawing is that I have always loved reading books and the way they spark your imagination. I feel like I can travel to different worlds like Hogwarts while reading the Harry Potter series (my current favorite series) and accompany Harry and his friends in their wild adventures.” I painted a rocket traveling through space visiting imaginative locations along the way.      My favorite subjects are math and history. I have plans to study architecture and mathematics when I go to college. I think that the scholarship will be very helpful to me for my future academic pursuits.

  Zombie Apocalypse Part Two  Chapter Five: More Suspicious People     It had only been a few weeks since we moved to Indiana. This weekend is the very first weekend me and mom are going to spend time together. Mom booked a reservation at a bowling place, then we are going to get lunch, and lastly we are going to watch the new Sonic the Hedgehog 2 movie. As we stepped outside, the opposite row of houses, their residents were standing outside staring at us. That was very weird. After two hours I beat mom 23-22. We came back, as we were on our drive way those people had red stains on their faces. Is that what I think it is?  Chapter Six: They Come To Eat Our Brains     Me and mom rushed inside.  Life By: Sai H Chandan     Life is like a broken wing-bird that cannot fly. It makes us happy and makes us woe its just an emotion that cannot go. We make friends and enemies, good or bad and we will not know if they will make us sad. Life is full of obstacles and easy leads and anyway we have to complete our deeds. 

  Zombie Apocalypse                      Prologue                              "Are you sure about this", said one scientist. "Yes I want to be worth more then working for my supervisors who treat me like a worthless piece of trash. If I can finally turn these dead bodies into monsters, by dipping their brain into this special of mine, I'll finally be unstoppable and I can take over the world. Ha ha ha ha ha (evil cackling)." After his partner left Dr. Simith was on the floor and he knocked down the special solution in the severe gashes he was still patching up. Each of the dead bodies woke up looking pale and they all had scars all over their bodies. One zombie bit another which caused all of them to go wild.
